Nationwide delivery

One depot, the whole country. We deliver, set up and collect lighting towers anywhere in the UK — the only thing that changes with distance is how far ahead we plan.

How it works

Our depot is at Snitterfield, just north of Stratford-upon-Avon — central enough that most of England and Wales is a day's run.

Around the depot we can respond at short notice. Further out, we do the same job with more planning: we agree a delivery window that suits your site, deliver and set up in it, and build a service schedule for the hire so refuelling and checks happen without anyone needing to chase. Collection is booked the same way at the end.

Every unit is towed to site by our driver, positioned where it's needed and running before we leave. Multi-unit jobs go on one run where possible. If the site is remote or access is awkward, tell us at quote stage and we'll plan around it rather than find out on the day.

  • Delivery window agreed up front, not a vague day
  • Set up and running before our driver leaves
  • Service schedule built into longer hires
  • Collection booked to your off-hire date
  • Collect-from-depot option for customers with their own transport

Typical lead times

Warwickshire & West Midlands
Short notice — often same or next working day
Rest of the Midlands, Cotswolds, M40/M1 corridors
Usually 1–2 working days
North, South, Wales, East Anglia
Usually 2–3 working days
Scotland, far South West
By arrangement — longer hires make most sense

Lead times depend on availability as much as distance. Tell us the date and we'll be straight about it.

Delivery questions

How far ahead do I need to book for a site outside the Midlands?

The further the site, the more notice helps — but it's availability that matters more than distance. Tell us the date you need the units and we'll be straight about whether we can make it. For multi-unit or multi-week hires a week's notice is comfortable; shorter is often possible.

Do you charge for delivery and collection?

Delivery and collection are quoted as part of the hire rather than hidden in a rate — you'll see them on the quote. Longer runs cost more, which is why a longer hire usually makes better sense than a very short one at distance.

What happens if a unit fails a long way from your depot?

Call us. Most faults can be talked through on the phone. If not, we'll get an engineer or a replacement unit out — the further the site, the more the service schedule we agreed at the start matters, so we build in checks rather than wait for a call.

Can our own transport collect the units from your depot?

Yes, if you have suitable towing vehicles and a driver comfortable with a towed unit. We'll brief them on set-up and safe towing. For most customers our delivery is simpler, but collection from Snitterfield is an option.

Do you cover Scotland, Wales and the far South West?

Yes. We've no fixed boundary — the quote reflects the run, and for those distances a longer hire or a multi-unit job makes the most sense. Ask and we'll give you a straight answer on dates and cost.
